What’s left and right brain?

Am I left or right brain?

The fact is we use the left and the right side of our brain simultaneously. One side may be dominant but we use both. Learn which brain side is dominant in you by taking the test:

How to increase collaboration between the two sides of the brain?

Now basics of the way, here’s the exercise that help you invoke both sides of your brain. The knowledge was conveyed by Bashar in one of his chanelling sessions.

The EXERCISE

Sit down in a comfortable position. Put your right with the right finger out in front of your eyes. Place the hand+finger some 12–18cm from your face so you could see the tip of your finger comfortably and clear. Now move the hand+finger in a way that you are drawing (infinity sign) in the air and keep looking at the tip of your moving finger drawing a in the air.

Do it for 15 mins daily (or until your tiring arm starts yelling 😊).

That is it. By doing so, you will be using left and right side of your brain simultaneously helping them collaborate and support each other during the activity, and that frequent collaboration between the two will increase flow of energy and result in building more connections between the two parts of the brain.
